FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLORIST?
We recommend booking your wedding florist at least six (6) months before your big day to ensure availability and ample time for planning. If your wedding falls during peak season — spring and fall in Hilton Head and Bluffton — we encourage reaching out as soon as your date is set. This helps us secure your spot and bring your floral vision to life!
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF A FULL-SERVICE WEDDING FLORAL?
We recommend allocating approximately 20% of your overall wedding or special event budget to florals. Why such a significant portion?
Florists do much more than arrange beautiful blooms — they are experts in sourcing, designing, and bringing your floral vision to life. Behind every stunning arrangement is a dedicated team managing every detail, from your initial consultation to the big day itself. This includes everything from setup and floral placement to transferring décor and handling the full breakdown process after your celebration.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
First, fill out our Contact Form to get in touch with us.
Next, we’ll schedule a consultation call to go over your ideas and inspirations. To make the most of our time together, we recommend having a few details ready — such as inspiration photos, estimated guest count, and your venue.
Following our consultation, we’ll create a custom, detailed proposal tailored to your vision.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract to officially secure your date!
We can’t wait to bring your floral dreams to life!
WHAT IS A PROPOSAL?
A proposal is a detailed estimate that reflects your vision and ideas after we’ve discussed them with our design team. It will include line-item pricing to give you a clear understanding of the costs.
✨ Please note: Your proposal can be adjusted up to 30 days before your wedding to accommodate final guest counts and any updated needs.
CONTRACTS & DEPOSITS
To reserve your wedding date with us, there are two important steps:
-
Sign the contract. This outlines all the details — including our services, cancellation policies, and important terms (like acts of God).
-
Pay the non-refundable deposit. This secures your date on our calendar.
✨ Please Note: Your wedding date is not officially booked until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
